Customer service for return was great, poor workmanship on the urn, couldn't get the lid off.

The urn is exactly what I was looking for. Everything looks well made and the blue color is out of this world! The only fault with the urn that I received is that the felt on the bottom of the inside seemed dried out. I just brushed it out. I'm very satisfied with my purchase and it arrived as scheduled.
The Mini Urn was as described. It was packaged very well. I would buy from this seller again.
This urn Pendant is beautiful and feels nice and sturdy. The well doesn't hold much as described, but I was pleasantly surprised to see It's not as tiny as I imagined. It will hold more than I expected. My only wish is that it came with a little funnel. I still highly recommend it.
