You can expect to receive your order in 3-5 business days. Standard processing time is between 1 business days to prepare your order. Transit time can vary between 2-4 business days. Once your order is on the way, you will receive a tracking email notification to track your order via FedEx or USPS.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We can make changes only if the order has not yet shipped. Once the item is in transit, we're unable to redirect it.

Returns & Refunds
Can I return or exchange items?
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges on unused, non-personalized items within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. Please note that custom-engraved or personalized urns are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a defect or error on our part.
Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

What size Urn Should I Buy?
It's estimated that each pound of body weight results in one cubic inch of ashes. Example: a cremated person weighing 170 pounds will need an urn of approximately 170 cubic inches.
Do I have to buy an urn from a funeral home or crematorium?
No, you are not required to buy an urn from the funeral home or crematorium. A funeral home cannot refuse to use an urn you bought online or elsewhere.
According to theFTC Funeral Rule, a funeral home cannot require you to purchase one of their urns, nor can they charge you extra for using an urn you obtained elsewhere.

Do I have to transfer the ashes into the urn myself?
When it comes time to place the ashes into the cremation urn, most families receive them from the funeral home in a plastic (polyethylene) bag, which can be placed directly into the urn themselves. Additionally, many funeral homes offer a complimentary service where they can add the ashes to the urn on your behalf, ensuring a seamless process for your peace of mind.

What is the difference between a cremation urn and a keepsake?
The main difference between a traditional cremation urn and a keepsake urn is size.Keepsake urns are much smaller than a standard urn.Keepsakes are designed to hold a small portion of ashes to be shared with your family & friends. While a standard full-size cremation urn holds 200 cubic inches or more.
What is a cremation urn?
Cremation urns for ashes serve as a vessel to preserve the cremated remains of your loved one, offering a personalized tribute through customizable options in design, shape, material, and colors.
Can you take an urn on a plane?
Yes, urns containing cremated remains, or ashes are permitted on airplanes. TSA recommends traveling with them in your checked bags as some airlines do not allow cremated remains in checked bags. Please check with your airline about possible restrictions.
Important: Metal Urns can make it difficult for TSA agents to x-ray the contents inside and it is recommended to keep the ashes in a temporary container or bag during travels.
